Ingrédients (pour 4 personnes)
Faire bouillir le lait avec la gousse de vanille.
Dans un saladier, mélanger les œufs, le sucre, le sucre vanillé et la maïzena.
Ajouter le mélange dans le lait chaud, bien remuer énergiquement pour éviter les grumeaux.
Etaler la pâte feuilletée dans le moule, la piquer avec une fourchette.
Verser la préparation sur la pâte feuilletée, puis mettre dans le four 40min à 180°C chaleur tournante.
Pour le côté gourmandise, soupoudrer de sucre glace avant de le servir. A déguster froid.
