Ingrédients (pr 4 personnes)
Rincer rapidement le riz puis égoutter le.
Verser le lait et la gousse fendue dans une grande casserole à fond épais. Porter à ébullition puis verser le riz en pluie. Cuire à feu très doux pendant 30 min.
Incorporer le sucre, mélanger rapidement, laisser cuire encore 5min à feu doux.
Verser le riz dans un plat creux après avoir ôté la gousse..
Servir froid ou tiède.
